Facility Scheduling Form

All groups, organizations, and ministries that wish to schedule an event in the Church or the Ministry Center must complete the Facility Scheduling Form linked below.  If a currently scheduled event must be changed, a new Facility Scheduling Form must be submitted.  The fillable form linked below can be completed on line and saved to your computer.  Once saved, this form can be printed or attached to an email.  All forms must be either emailed to alfred.cote@sanantoniorcc.org or turned in to the front desk.  Al Cote is the only person who can schedule or change an event in the Facilities Scheduling Books.  If it isn't in the Facilities Scheduling Book it is not scheduled and will not occur.
