Confirmation consists of a 2 year sacramental prep in the Diocese of Venice.  

All students must have completed the 2 year program to be Confirmed.  Families must be registered parishioners at San Antonio Catholic Church.

Year 1 Begins in the 8th grade - May consist of Family Formation classes and/or attending youth group.  Attending a Catholic school also can count for Year 1 preparation.

Year 2 Begins in the 9th grade - Confirmation Year 2 Preparation classes are held Sundays at 10:15am-12pm

Confirmation takes place in the 10th grade.    

Your child must be in the 10th grade to receive confirmation.  Confirmation for our parish is generally after September so confirmation prep classes for Year 1 begin when your child is in the 8th grade.  Year 2 would be 9th grade, with Confirmation in the Fall, after they have just started 10th grade.
