Dear Parishioners and Visitors of San Antonio Church,

For many years, our church has relied on an electric piano/keyboard to enhance our liturgical celebrations. To bring true worship to the next level, we are considering purchasing an organ. The rich, full sound of an organ will add a layer  of beauty and solemnity to our Masses and special events, uplifting our spirits and deepening our connection with God. We ask that you prayerfully consider this endeavor and join us in making this vision a reality.

 Sincerely,

San Antonio Organ Committee

Choosing the Right Organ for our Church

When considering the organ options for our church, we’ve carefully considered both pipe and digital organs. While a pipe organ holds historical significance, its extensive cost and maintenance requirements make it unfeasible for our current needs. While some consider a used digital organ as a budget-friendly option, this often involves older technology more prone to malfunctions and higher maintenance expenses.

Instead, a new digital organ presents a compelling alternative. It offers high-quality, authentic organ sounds with the benefits of modern technology, superior reliability, and a 10-year warranty, ensuring long-term value and peace of mind for our church.

The instrument we are considering for our church is a Rodgers Infinity Series 367 (pictured above). It is a three-manual, 67-stop organ boasting the newest technology in digital organs.

How Can I Support the Organ  Project?

With your help, we are hoping to reach our financial goal of $250,000. That amount includes the cost of the Rodgers Infinity Series 367 digital organ, speakers and other equipment, installation, nonspeaking pipe façade, carpentry, and the costs associated with fundraising and advertising. This investment will benefit our Parish for many decades to come.

Together we can do this!

There are many ways to support the project:

  • To make a donation under $100, please use the special project envelopes that are found in the pews. Every dollar counts! Please, make sure to write “Organ Project” on the check memo line, as well as on the envelope.
  • For donations between $100 and $999 you can use the envelope or the pledge card printed on the reverse side of this page.
  • Please, consider making a more substantial donation that will bring us closer to our goal. For donations of $1000 or more we can only accept pledges at this time.

All donors gifting $1,000 or more will be honored on a group plaque with their name listed. You can choose to make your donation to memorialize your deceased loved one, and have their name displayed instead.

All donors gifting $10,000 or more will be honored with an individual plaque.

The plaques will be displayed near the organ area.
